What data
Name, email and phone of the person booking; passenger names and, only when Alilauro requires them for the sailing, date and place of birth, nationality and ID document. Booking and payment references: card data is handled by Nexi only.
Why, and on what basis
To issue and manage your tickets (contract, GDPR art. 6.1.b), for accounting and tax duties (art. 6.1.c) and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f). We do not use your data for marketing and do not sell it.
Who receives it
Alilauro S.p.A., which operates the sailing (independent controller); Nexi Payments S.p.A. for the payment; our hosting and email providers, as processors.
How long
Booking data for 10 years, for accounting duties (Italian Civil Code art. 2220). Passenger ID-document data, when required for travel, for 24 months after travel.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing, by writing to supporto@ischiaticket.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority: garanteprivacy.it
