Pointel Communication S.p.A. is committed to making this site and ticket booking accessible, under Italian Legislative Decree 82/2022 (European Accessibility Act) and WCAG 2.1 level AA.
Compliance status
Partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The search, booking, payment and "My booking" pages were checked on 28 September 2026 with automated tests (axe) and keyboard checks, and no errors were found. Not yet accessible: the PDF boarding pass, produced by Alilauro, and Nexi's payment page, which are outside our control. If you cannot use part of the site, write to us and we will help you book.
